We're building our Recruiting Operations team to help create consistency in our processes & improve team efficiency on a global scale. In this role, the Recruiting Operations Program Manager brings a unique blend of program & project management experience into a hyper-growth recruiting organization. You will help us scale through managing & building operational processes that bridge the gap between our Recruiting team & the functional teams we support & hire for.
We are seeking an expert in program management who can build mutually beneficial relationships with multiple stakeholders. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners across all of Recruiting, People, Business Operations, & DRI's within functional areas of the company.
You are data-driven, able to identify top priorities & communicate focus to help us build highly efficient, simple, & scalable processes that impact global recruiting. As a skilled communicator, you have the ability to tailor information, content, & insights to a variety of audiences.
This role requires program management experience & strong leadership skills with proven experiences in managing through influence & strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
