You will be responsible for all aspects of product management, including:
Defining & communicating the strategy of your product
Identifying the right success metrics & tracking them
Problem-solving with cross-functional experts in engineering, marketing, design, data science or customer support
Cooperating with UX designer to provide detailed specs to the engineering team
What you will directly contribute to:
Definingand implementing a global strategy on the way we handle marketplace transactions
Ensuringwe have optimal coverage of payment methods in all 22 countries
Ensuringwe provide seamless payment UX taking into account the wide diversity of payment methods
Building world-class payout experience for our millions of individual drivers in all 22 countries
Understanding the diverse legal & finance landscapes & turn them into one simple product
Maintaining a good balance between optimal user experience & fraud management
How you will work:
You will workvery closely with the engineering team in charge of payment, as well as with the legal & finance teams & our local expert teams spread across the world. You will interact with dedicated UX designer, data analyst, & front-end squad. You will report to the Head of Product.
What you will need to be successful:
2-3 years of experience in product-driven organizations
Entrepreneurial, creative & analytical spirit
Curious mind with an appetite for solving complex issues
Ability to influence & partner with engineering, legal, finance, marketing experts
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Humility & sense of humor
Fluency in English
NB: The role does not require you to be an expert on payment
