The office, which I had built years ago, is on the ground floor in the quiet and pleasant East Midtown neighborhood of Kips Bay. The space is cleared out and ready for a mid-long term tenant to make their mark. Accommodates 5-10 people.
Wi-fi is equipped, long tables are in place, and the office architecture has a steep modern design. It has a large street level window and there is also a small garden. There is also a small kitchen and a bathroom. Otherwise, the space is more or less a blank canvass if one so wishes.
There is a basement level below it, which I plan to reserve for my own work purposes, but as one would see on a visit, there is more than enough room to go around without any feeling of intrusion. This office would more than well suite a startup, small company, or a creative brand. To be honest, I find the space envy-worthy! And I am a good and understanding landlord.
