Description

Kelly Sutton, Founder and engineer of LayerVault, joins us to talk about some of the more interesting aspects of LayerVault and the philosophy behind them. Kelly's other experience includes founding Hack College, developing at Gilt Groupe and blip.tv, as well as an adjunct professorship at Layola Marymount University.

Details:

Given the chance, would you put your brain in a robot body? Developers have the chance to do exactly that. They can develop the strength of 5 gorillas and become their own Adrienne Barbobot. At LayerVault, we try to humanize the most important aspects of a product. Great developers identify where human brains are needed and where robot bodies are required. This talk covers some of the odd things that LayerVault's interface and code humanizes, and some of the subtle things we automate.

Notes:

* Starts at 12 NOON * Pizza and Beverages will be served!
