Diversity In/Tech is a technology conference focused on increasing the inclusion of underrepresented groups in technology fields in Brooklyn and beyond. This afternoon of dialogue and exchange will help identify issues around diversity in technology and steps that can be taken to correct them.
Makerbot's Jenny Lawton will give the keynote and a number of other speakers focusing on STEM education, workforce/hiring policies and more diverse entrepreneurial efforts in the borough will also present.
