Our plan is to split into two groups with laps around the Central Park (before signing up, please make sure you can ride at this pace):
- Ride 1: Training ride with Thomson / pace 18+ mph average - 3 laps
- Ride 2: Social Ride with Thomson / Pace 15+ mph average - 2 laps
