In this one hour workshop, we'll cover unconscious bias & how that might be impacting the writing of your job descriptions. This is one aspect of our longer workshops that cover many aspects to hiring & recruiting inclusively. You'll walk away knowing:

What an unconscious bias is & how it relates to writing job descriptions
Pitfalls to watch out for when writing a job description & concrete tips on how to make your job description more inclusive
Practice editing/writing an inclusive job description with your peers

About the Facilitator
Rebecca Dewey Rebecca is a consultant specializing in negotiation & diversity, equity, & inclusion training. Her passion is advancing women in the workplace, both through individual skill development & organizational change to create more equitable workplaces. Rebecca is a Tufts University graduate & current MBA candidate at the NYU Stern School of Business.
