About the Facilitator
Rebecca Dewey Rebecca is a consultant specializing in negotiation & diversity, equity, & inclusion training. Her passion is advancing women in the workplace, both through individual skill development & organizational change to create more equitable workplaces. Rebecca is a Tufts University graduate & current MBA candidate at the NYU Stern School of Business. She has 5 years of experience in technology startups, supporting growth-stage companies in scaling operations.
