Female Founders Office Hours w/ Carlotta Siniscalco, Emergence Capital
About this Event
A study by Morgan Stanley estimates that VC's miss out a trillion dollars by not investing in diverse founders. Female entrepreneurs across all industries continue to face challenges obtaining funding, training & support in the VC landscape with only $38.9 billion invested, or 14% of venture deals globally in companies with a female founder.
Advancing Women in Product (AWIP) empowers high potential female product & tech leaders through professional education & executive mentorship. In partnership with leading venture capital firm Emergence Capital, AWIP is excited to host its first Female Founder's Office Hours with Carlotta Siniscalco, Principal at Emergence Capital.
Female founders attending will get their questions on fundraising & hiring answered.
