Female entrepreneurs across all industries continue to face challenges obtaining funding, training & support in the VC landscape with only $38.9 billion invested, or 14% of venture deals globally in companies with a female founder.

Carlotta Siniscalco, Principal at Emergence Capital
Carlotta is a Principal at Emergence Capital. Prior to joining Emergence, Carlotta served as a Principal at Ribbit Capital, a global fund focused on investing in financial technology companies. Carlotta has also spent time at NerdWallet, Advent International, & Goldman Sachs. Carlotta received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, & previously studied economics & finance at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she served on the Wharton Council.
