Join founders & builders to ship (not just discuss) an agent that takes real-world action: personalized, throttled, cost-aware, & observable. In 80 focused minutes, you'll scaffold a minimal agent loop (OpenAI + MongoDB Atlas Vector Search) with YAML configs for thresholds, nudge types, & delivery adapters (SMS/Telegram/Email). We'll demo guardrails (confidence, cooldowns), cost tracking, & observability. Then we test it: your agent's first job is pairing you into a curated supper table nearby.

6:00-6:20 - Lightning Talk: From Prompts Programs (agent loops, triggers, guardrails, cost/telemetry)
6:20-7:40 - Guided Build: clone repo, set keys, run vector memory, add delivery adapter, ship
7:40-8:00 - Show & Tell (5 quick demos)
8:00-9:00 - (Optional) AI-Paired Supper Club within walking distance
You'll leave with: a working agent repo, config packs, delivery adapters, cost counters, & 1 curated dinner connection.
What to bring: Laptop, GitHub account, OpenAI key; optional Twilio/Telegram bot token.
