Creativity and Business Problems in the Age of AI - a workshop for entrepreneurs
We are entering a strange moment for creativity.

For decades, we have been taught that innovation comes from thinking outside the box, brainstorming more ideas, and waiting for that breakthrough moment.

But in the age of AI, and ideas are suddenly abundant, the real challenge is no longer simply coming up with more ideas. It is knowing how to find the right pieces, make unexpected connections, and turn them into something genuinely new and useful.

This hands-on workshop, led by our head of program Jeffrey, introduces a practical methodology for doing exactly that.

What we'll cover

We'll start by looking at some of the traditional assumptions behind creativity and innovation: brainstorming, originality, intuition, and the idea of the lone creative genius, and why some of those assumptions are becoming less useful in an AI-native world.

We'll then introduce a different way to approach creative problem-solving: instead of trying to invent the answer from scratch, you'll learn how to break a problem apart, deliberately search for useful precedents and ideas, and recombine existing elements in new ways.

Through real-world case studies, we'll examine how successful products, businesses, and innovations often emerge not from a completely original idea, but from making the right connection between things that already exist.

Most importantly, this will not be a lecture.

You'll work through the methodology yourself, apply it to actual business problems, and leave with a framework you can reuse when thinking about products, positioning, growth, operations, or your next startup idea.

Who should attend

This workshop is designed primarily for:

Early-stage founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, product builders, and operators who regularly need to solve ambiguous problems with limited resources.

No technical background is required.

If you have ever stared at a blank page thinking, I need a better idea, this workshop is for you.

Come with a problem. Leave with a different way of thinking about it.
