with Michelle Shapiro & Dr. Neil Paulvin. Hosted by David Choi.

Nutrition news can be a minefield of misinformation, myth, & money. Navigating the headlines & knowing which strategies to adopt in our quest for an optimal state of being requires a combat-proven battle plan. In this 10th installment of Biohack the World, we will cover the science of unwanted weight gain due to hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal issues, food intolerance, & more.

With insights from special guest Dr. Neil Paulvin, we will also explore strategies for achieving any desired amount of weight gain/loss. He will share the latest research on the pros & cons of fasted exercise & how it can be a great tool to achieving your ideal weight.
