Michelle Shapiro is an Integrative Registered Dietitian in NYC. Michelle has her own private practice specializing in weight loss, hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal issues & food intolerance. She works mostly with a population near & dear to her heart, successful & stressed out New Yorkers.
For clients who have tried everything for weight loss & health but nothing seems to work, Michelle is considered the "final stop," & a "health detective" because she will diligently identify the issue & course of action for any client to get them exactly where they want to be.
She serves a variety people from women in their 30s suffering from hormonal shifts to CEOs who never have time to cook (and don't have to) to construction workers who can't have stomach aches on the job.
Michelle completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics & her Dietetic internship with the University of Delaware.
David Choi is a technologist, entrepreneur, filmmaker, & technology risk manager by trade. Having studied Economics & Food Science at NYU, he's been a passionate student of nutrigenomics - the all-natural variety of biohacking - for over 20 years. He loves nothing more than to explore & experiment with the intricacies of his own physiology through plant medicines, time-restricted feeding, sleep, fitness routines, functional food, & whatever else is on the menu.
