Erica Heinz has been a design consultant in NYC for 20 years, with a client list including Nike, Google, The Gates Foundation, & The New York Times, as well as many startups & grassroots organizations. She's taught interaction design at SVA, Parsons, Skillshare, Fortune 100 accelerators, & other startup incubators; she's spoken on topics from counterculture to CSS.
Her new product experience design book Think in 4D is a visual handbook for product leads & designers, including more than 500 illustrations & 40 exercises to help people visualize & execute.
