Alex Lieberman is the Co-founder & CEO of Morning Brew, a daily newsletter that gives you a quick & controversial round up of all things business in a quick five-minute read. Created in 2015 when Alex & his co-founder were still seniors at the University of Michigan, it's garnered a loyal following of over 1 million subscribers. Advertisers include Microsoft, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, & Dropbox, & have improved their email open rates by over 125%.
Eva Goicochea is the CEO & co-founder of maude, a modern sexual wellness company featured in Vogue, The New York Times, Forbes, & some other 200+ publications to-date. As of December 2018, she is one of only 60 LatinX women to have raised $2M in VC funding. After studying advertising & organizational communications, she became a legislative aide in healthcare working with underserved communities. In the agency & creative world, she has worked with The Natural Resources Defense Council, ADIDAS Y-3 & SLVR, Squarespace, & Steven Alan, amongst others. In 2012, she joined Everlane as the head of social media, culture & talent. In 2015, she co-founded Tinker Watches, a line of modern, unisex timepieces which have been featured in GQ. Most recently, she was in the pioneer class of Entrepreneurial Essentials at Harvard Business School. A 6th generation New Mexican, she currently lives in New York City with her husband & four rescued pets.
Victor Tam, Director of Customer Retention at Handy - Victor Tam is Director of Customer Retention at Handy, the leading home services platform, where he oversees the strategy, marketing, product, & tactics for all retention-related initiatives. In October 2018, Handy joined ANGI Homeservices to accelerate growth & bring the Handy experience to millions more customers in the the $400 billion home services market. Prior to joining Handy, Victor was Producer Retention Manager at Ollie, where he developed & executed Ollie's product retention strategy, working on cross-functional initiatives with design, engineering, marketing, & operation teams. Before Ollie, Victor was at Squarespace for over four years, holding a variety of positions from Growth to Analytics & Data Science to Business Strategy. He began his career in investment banking, working as an Analyst for UBS Investment Bank's Global Healthcare Group. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
