Pinterest brings millions of people the inspiration to create a life they love. As a Strategic Partner Manager, youll be responsible for leading relationships with content & distribution partners to support the growth of Pinterest in Canada. You'll be the primary contact for partners at the highest level, & drive initiatives that meet partners business goals as well as Pinterests growth & content goals.

What youll do:

  • Develop & lead strategic partnerships with key content & distribution partners (brands, publishers, platform partners)
  • Develop creative win-win solutions for partners by leveraging co-marketing opportunities, API solutions, & editorial partnerships
  • Consult partners on their organic Pinterest strategy, driving education 1:1 & at scale
  • Guide partners to paid media opportunities
  • Be an internal advocate for partners by working with international product & engineering teams to respond to partner needs & feedback
  • Track, analyze, & communicate key metrics internally & to partners

What were looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in partnerships, business development, marketing & digital roles
  • Experience working with executive level business & marketing leaders within partner organizations
  • Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, marketing, operational, creative & analytics teams
  • A warm, authentic, & clear communication style that comes through in presentations, emails & verbal communication
  • Strong team player & ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, & business excellence
