Its an exciting time to join Conductor as we recently raised $150 million at a $525 million valuation to build out our technology & acquired Content King - the worlds first real-time website auditing & monitoring platform.

Conductor is seeking a customer-centric, technical minded individual that is excited by analytics data, problem solving, & providing customers with excellent service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who possesses fantastic troubleshooting skills, is driven to help customers, & has the skills needed to manage & take on our customer integration process.

As a Technical Integration Specialist, youll be a technical consultant working closely with new & existing customers to ensure their usage of Conductor follows best practices, maximizes adoption, & plans for scalability. Youll be a key technical & business consultant responsible for maximizing the depth & breadth of Conductor with your customers to ensure long-term success.  From a business standpoint youll help customers define & implement best practices around Customer Success solutions. From a technical standpoint youll ensure their Conductor instance is configured following best practices & limits technical debt. This position requires a mixture of project management, organizational, problem-solving, advisory, & technical skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, leading projects, & driving outcomes.

Onboarding Solutions Architect

  • Responsible for owning the business requirement gathering/documentation as well as overall design & configuration of the platform
  • Conduct Discovery sessions in order to interpret & deeply understand business requirements while documenting those details in a thorough & interpretable fashion
  • Lead design sessions with customers by evaluating & translating business needs to advise a best practice design of the Conductor platform/features which will satisfy the customers requirements
  • Document Design recommendations into an Account Plan which can include workflow diagrams, data mapping/models, business process details, etc.
  • Ownership of the integration process, knowledge, & process documentation associated with Conductor integrations.
  • Configure the Conductor platform per the design specifications specifically assisting customers with complex configurations & integrations of web analytics technologies (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, custom) & other technical integrations from Google Search Console to Youtube, & Task Management platforms (i.e. Jira, Asana, Trello, etc)  
  • Facilitate & support Single Sign On (SSO) & API integrations into customers BI solutions
  • Conduct enablement sessions to the customers Conductor Administrator to troubleshoot, educate & ensure data quality & metrics meet customer expectations
  • Perform end-to-end system testing of the platform prior to customer launch to ensure customers analytics & technical integrations are populating correctly within the Conductor platform. 
  • Quickly establish rapport & positive relationships with customers & stakeholders & manage expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle 
  • Work cross-functionally with team members from customer success, engineering, & product to improve our in-platform integration experience.  Specifically partner with the Product team to support ongoing improvement to streamline existing integrations capabilities within the product.
  • Proactively Identify & escalate potential issues/risks & partner with both internal & external stakeholders for mitigation/resolution
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Customer Success to be a trusted thought leader & advisor with your customers
  • Participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools & partnerships to expand & mature capabilities of the internal team
  • Forecast, track & report project hours & achieve your capacity (utilization) target

Requirements

  • Hands-on 2-8 years of recent Enterprise product implementation or related experience is required, SaaS experience is preferred
  • Solid technical skills & aptitude are required - web analytics (Adobe, GA), databases, data integration processes, & various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
  • Skill set to understand & document business requirements as well provide prescriptive recommendations by actively listening & asking probing questions
  • In-depth knowledge & experience with successfully managing enterprise software application implementations - with waterfall & agile methodologies
  • Experience with spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams on a number of concurrent engagements
  • Record of professional achievements with a track record of delighted, successful, & satisfied customers
  • Executive presence & confidence in communicating with technical, business, & VP & C-level stakeholders
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations & design effective processes
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Capability to be dynamic & adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on 10-15 unique customer projects at one time
  • Passion to be an expert on the product & for being part of a fast growing company
  • Strong communication, presentation, consultative & leadership skills
  • SFDC experience/certification is a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
