The role:

The Product Employee Experience (PEX) team works to make our Product & Engineering organization the best Product team in the tech industry. We work to build connection, community & belonging in our organization, so that we can foster a healthy, happy, & high-performing culture.

As a Product Employee Experience Specialist, you will collaborate with global leaders to organize both small & large-scale events, programs & culture initiatives.  We are seeking a Specialist who is passionate about culture & can help us to grow better through thoughtful programming that fosters meaningful connections between coworkers.  

In this role you will:

  • Organize exceptional programming that attracts, retains, & delights our Product employees
  • Create an equitable experience for employees across remote & hybrid working environments 
  • Effectively scale the global Product culture as HubSpot continues to grow  
  • Proactively identify methods to improve existing programming & processes
  • Build trust & cross-functional partnership with our global Product leadership teams
  • Monitor & solicit stakeholder feedback to ensure we consistently provide a best-in-class employee experience

Were looking for someone who has:

  • A passion for creating a remarkable experience for our Product & Engineering employees
  • Solid understanding of how employee experience affects culture, productivity & retention
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & effectively
  • Experience working in a cross-functional matrixed environment with many competing priorities
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems with autonomy
  • People Ops, Hospitality and/ or Events industry experience a plus
