Reporting to the Manager of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying & developing the relationship with sports centers in France. Focusing on growing & developing existing partners, together with generating new business.
- Partnerships relationship management: managing the relationship with gym chains & key sports centers on a daily basis, handle requests & communication. Identify new business opportunities & increment our value for the Partner.
- Achieve & maintain the positioning of Gympass as leader its sector through the implementation of the agreed plansand managing the renegotiations with partner's portfolio.
- Participating in meetings with Partners, encompassing introductions, commercial agreements, planning & projects. Ensuring clarity & accuracy of information flowing to & from the supplier & the subsequent communications to the client base.
- Follow very closely the business & the implementation of plans, programs & campaigns.
- Entry level job: valuable 1 year in a sales position, account management experience
- Native level of French + Fluent English
- Commercial background; Understanding a fitness & sports business
- Previous experience in the gyms, fitness & sports business is highly valuable
- Flexible, resourceful & able to multi-task while establishing priorities & providing solutions.
- Good communication skills
- Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation & influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict.
