Nixa.io is a curated job platform for remote developers. We offer a fast, optimized & reliable way of hiring remote developers for tech companies worldwide. All candidates on the platform are pre-qualified & assessed in advance - ready to jump straight to final interviews with companies. This way we solve challenges related to lack of access to talent & cut away time for both companies & developers when it comes to the time-consuming process of accessing & testing developers. Our goal is to gather talented developers & highly attractive tech companies in one platform & match individuals with opportunities that they are not able to get elsewhere. By pre-qualifying both developers & companies - we are able to ensure quality on both sides of the platform.


Nixa.io is an early-phase startup with a huge potential in the currently growing remote job market. We have been testing the platform in the market for the last 6 months, & already achieved both great & promising results. We are now looking for a person to manage & handle the candidate side of the platform. This is an opportunity to influence & participate in an early phase startup & to get lots of responsibility early in your career. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process of candidates from A-Z.


As a Talent Manager / Recruiter you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the candidate side of the platform
  • Search for new candidates
  • Answering replies & incoming inquiries from candidates
  • Phone screening
  • Send out tests & providing feedback to candidates
  • Manage video interviews
  • Making sure that the candidates are updated & informed through the whole process
  • Coordinate with Client Success Manager to set up interviews with clients
  • Be a go-to person for all candidates on the platform
  • Keep candidates active & engaged both through the screening process & on the platform
  • Deliver top-notch candidate experience at all times


As a Talent Manager / Recruiter you will be given the chance to:

  • Influence our candidate strategy & value proposition
  • Influence the way we screen & assess candidates
  • Influence the choice of tools & tests
  • Create content & communication material for candidate experience
