Participate in the definition & management of Consumer & Business Solutions contemplating both digital & f2f strategy, product revenue, IT assessment, market adoption to expand products categories & achieve defined corporate objectives.
Participate in the identification & prioritization & lead the development of solutions, digital platforms, IT assessment & market innovations to protect & grow existing & revenue streams
Participate in the definition of global & regional Products & solutions vision & strategy from concept to delivery.
Conduct complex analysis of business opportunities, IT driven analysis, market trends, digital segments & business trends.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years' Experience: 10-11
Skills - Professional/Technical/Business
Experience in card payments industry, Digital enterprises, payment processing.
Previous digital experience preferred for Product Leadership roles.
Demonstrated track record of implementing product strategies based on business objectives that deliver measurable business results.
Analytical, fact-based & the ability to synthesize & organize data/information.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal & presentation skills & the proven ability to influence & communicate effectively.
Excellent planning, organizational & problem solving skills.
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to drive consensus in cross functional teams.
Ability to translate product complexities into practical business solutions appropriate for Visa & its clients.
Flexible & creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions & manage uncertainty.
