Truveris is looking for a Senior Client Services Director, Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee the delivery of multiple projects for our health plan clients that utilize our products - TruGuard, TruBid & TruAudit. As a Senior Client Services Director, you will nurture our health plan relationships as a trusted advisor & develop innovative strategies to meet health plan client needs. By cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, ideally the Senior Client Services Director will contribute to new business development via client referrals & leads. You will lead a team of researchers & analysts, guide & train them through industry challenges. You will be responsible for assuring the quality of information gathered by your team, in addition to, interpreting & summarizing the results for our health plan clients. This role reports to our Chief Pharmacy Officer.
