The Challenge

The Senior HR Analyst will review & improve the people-data reporting & analytics function across the business, while delivering proactive data that informs business decisions, driving the transition of the people analytics capability from ad-hoc reporting into a predictive & trend-focused approach. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders of the Human Resources function to maximize the effectiveness of key strategic & operational projects across Global Expansion, Talent, Engagement & Resourcing, Future of Work & HR Business Partnering & HR Operations.

Your Mission

  • Gather local government labor statistics, new employment regulations, & labor laws, etc. 
  • Research & analyze other tech company practices (both local & global) and make recommendations to Manager & HR team 
  • Prepare reports of data results, in order for HRBP to present findings to senior leadership 
  • Support projects from a Talent Management perspective as a business analyst
  • Create reference documents for employees and managers 
  • Work closely with the various People & Purpose Centers of Excellence to help build analytical insights that our business leaders need to help scale & grow our workforce
  • Influence internal & external stakeholders, use data to impact key strategic business decisions, & rapidly build solutions to scale insights throughout the organization

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelors Degree with 5-7 years of HR experience or equivalent 
  • Human resources certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources analytics
  • 2+ years of experience improving employees experience and performance managementthrough data analysis
  • Knowledge of Human Resource disciplines, with work experience in global settings 
  • Global & cultural awareness 
  • Experience with research & project development/management 
  • Previous experience working in fast paced, growing tech company 

Extra Awesome

  • Prior experience supporting employees in one or more of the following countries: UK, Germany, Brazil, Thailand, Singapore, Australia  
  • Familiarity with global HR operations including hiring, payroll & employee benefits 
  • HR Certification (PHR/SHRM) preferred 
  • Experience in a tech start up setting
