FanDuel Group is looking for a Partner Relations Manager who is client focused, isnt scared to think outside the box, solve problems, & wants to build long term & trusting relationships. This is an opportunity for an individual who wants to develop & grow professional relationships, be part of our partner relationship management team & build quality relationships with key stakeholders in our business & in a partner focused environment. You will report to the Partner Relations Sr Director & will liaise between partners & cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely & successful delivery of solutions according to our partner & companys needs as well as contractual commitments.

This unique role will allow you to take personal responsibility to see that issues are highlighted & seen through to resolution while you build & ensure our current level & standard of customer relations is exceptional externally & within our organization.  

  • Build & maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
  • Participate as a key member of the team interacting with partners on an ongoing basis
  • Develop & maintain key relationships within the partner organization & serve as a trusted point of contact for the partner within the FanDuel organization
  • Work with designated contacts to monitor implementation & identify potential friction points
  • Provide a holistic view of the partner relationship across the multiple operational touch points
  • Ensure there is an appropriate level of high-level partnership review sessions
  • Surface potential opportunities to expand the partnership & drive assessment & decision-making on these opportunities
  • Aim to continuously review processes & practices relating to the role & act as a catalyst for change & improvement for individual & team performance
  • Manage support, communication, & knowledge of partner details with internal account managers & service teams whose support teams are associated with your partners
  • Facilitate engagement between partner resources & internal resources such as legal/compliance, marketing, commercial, tech, & service teams
  • Work with the Director of Partner Relations to initiate analysis & presentation to report on key account metrics
  • Coordinate & lead/participate in regularly scheduled partner meetings
  • Collaborate internally to identify opportunities for improvement, value, & to learn from other similar partners
  • Coordinate with team members on strategy & ideas for future growth of FanDuel & our partners

THE STATS:

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate an ability to interact with senior executives including C-Level roles
  • Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint required
  • Experience communicating & presenting to internal & external partners
  • Interest in sports and/or real money gaming is preferred
  • Willingness to travel to interact with partners in person
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to understand business holistically
  • Results orientated & performance driven
  • Facility reading & understanding contracts
  • A methodical thinker with the ability to analyze & solve problems integratively & expeditiously
