Salesforce CRM is the backbone of the Vimeo Go to Market operations architecture. We are looking for a highly motivated & organized individual to ensure that Vimeo capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include managing the team that does everything from creating user accounts, developing within Salesforce, & training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.

What youll do: 

• Manage a team of Salesforce administrators & administrators
• Prioritize & manage ongoing Salesforce projects, including new features, fixes & one off requests
• Ensure optimal performance & security of Salesforce systems, products & integrations
• Ensure proper Salesforce user onboarding for all users
• Provide insight to the GTM organization via reports, dashboard & views
• Documenting processes, including error reports & changes to field history tables.

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

• 5+ years of experience managing a Salesforce team
• Project management experience
• Extensive experience in the administration & maintenance of Salesforce systems.
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades & ensuring successful integration.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products & their functionalities.

 Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed): 

• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science 
• Knowledge of connected technologies such as Marketo, Outreach & ZoomInfo
