RAPP New York is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning Account Management team.

YOUR ROLE:
As Sr. Project Manager you are the director of the client projects you are the one who knows how to make things happen. You are the master of the execution & process from project initiation to delivery. You are passionate about the space from CRM, DM & Digital. You are creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative & have exceptional people skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep projects moving forward smoothly, develop project plans for new work, ensure that creative can be produced within specified timeframes, efficiently manage + communicate milestones throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigate risks & be comfortable adapting to changes from inception to delivery of projects.
- Manage account/project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, etc. Issue and/or ensure issuance of timely contract reports.
- Co-author all project SOWs, estimates, & change order documentation. Ensure SOW have been signed off by all department leads & have tight deliverables.
- Effectively manage budget for projects, ensure deliverables can be produced within specified budgets, proactively identify any risks, & escalate needs to business / agency leads to be addressed.
- Align the project team to the work to ensure resources are available & present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
- Vendor Management & Tracking work with 3rd party partners to align on project related costs, tracking deliverables to the approved budget & internal integration of vendor costs into client SOW documents.
- Manage simultaneous projects within budgetary & schedule constraints.
- Collaborate with disciplines across the agency to deliver the highest quality of work
- If assigned, capable of mentoring junior team members of the best practices of the agency & project management.
- Build respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) from Business Leadership to execute resources on a project, as well as external partners & vendors.
- Build respectful, strong working relationships when applicable with client(s). Ensure understanding & adherence to agency process.
- Optimize production workflows & processes with a goal of constant improvement.
- Proficient with programs such as Excel, PPT, SharePoint & Teams.
- Experience with project management/workflow tools a plus.
- Lead efficient meetings & conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes & action steps taken.
- Is a champion of the agency process & quality work. Ensure adherence by all parties.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM & 360 campaign management, i.e. digital, direct mail, video, radio, etc. at an advertising agency at a media, direct marketing or interactive advertising agency.
- Experience in multiplatform content extensions & original content production.
- Working knowledge & understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DHTML, Flash, XML, etc.
- Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients / teams.
- Must be proficient with Workfront or an ability to learn the tool.
- Must have strong organizational skills & be detailed-oriented / stickler for details.
- Must have strong written & communication skills.
- Must have strong leadership skills & ability / desire to mentor junior PM talent (if applicable.)
- Project documentation samples are required (SOW & Project Plan.)
