We are looking for a versatile engineer who can help push our services teams to the next level by providing powerful tools, automation & insights that improve their productivity. You are:
- Product focused, & take pride & ownership of user interfaces that will create a frictionless experience for Twilio employees & customers.
- Customer-focused & have empathy for our users needs & businesses enabled by the Twilio platform.
- Versatile, ready to learn & execute across the stack from front-end & UX to back-end & databases, from low-level optimizations & debugging to architecture & system design, from slinging code to operations & assuring the quality of your work.
- Passionate about modern web application development, familiar with established industry standards, & curious about new frameworks & technologies.
- Technically savvy & preferably have experience with cloud computing (AWS), APIs, communications, enterprise software, and/or cross-channel systems.
- Knowledgeable & opionated about the design of REST APIs
- 2+ years of experience in building front-end Web user experiences, preferably using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

Services Engineering team is a growing engineering team in the Go To Market (GTM) organization with an expanded charter to serve the needs of our Customer Support, Success, & Professional Services organizations. You will help us deliver the reference implementation of Flex at Twilio that serves as the communications backbone for all customer interactions across the end-to-end customer journey, & provide tools to empower our service teams & drive our customers success.
