Reports To:Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring quick time-to-value for customer implementations of the Origami Logic platform. While applying your relationship & project management skills, you will serve as the primary point of contact throughout each projects infancy through to completion, ensuring successful rollout & adoption of our platform for marketers supporting major global brands. For the first six months, this role will be assigned full time to a high-profile customer account to focus on requirements gathering, scoping & building quick proof of concepts for their internal stakeholders. Therefore, top notch polish & communication skills are critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as the critical link between our customers to oversee all aspects of implementation; maintain status & momentum on multiple concurrent projects, proactively manage customer expectations & oversee all customer communications.

  • Build analytics visualizations for well known, global brands across a variety of use cases.

  • Be proficient in social, web, video, display, search and/or programmatic marketing channels & data analytics.

  • Consult with customer stakeholders to understand their marketing data sets, using your developed or existing knowledge to become a trusted advisor on marketing intelligence / measurement best practices.

  • Lead platform training sessions with customer analysts/marketers via in-person & remote coaching sessions.

  • Partner effectively with other parts of the organization including Data Analysts, Product Management & Engineering to facilitate creation of the customers data structure, identify customer-perceived product gaps, drive resolution of project issues/roadblocks & triage product requests/bug reports.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Origami Logics professional services methodologies through the development of service offerings, best practices & implementation methodologies.

Required skills & experience:

  • Experience working in a client-facing role to deliver across 3-4 projects simultaneously - building project plans & driving deliverables against timelines

  • Background (3+ years) in delivering agency analytics or marketing implementation/consulting services.

  • Professional, customer-centric demeanor

  • Strong written/verbal communication

  • Comfortable working with & talking about data

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Ability to work independently, onsite at a customer location in midtown Manhattan 2-3 days per week

  • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer meetings

  • Bonus: Experience in marketing analytics (at an agency, brand, etc.), MarTech, BI tools or cross-channel marketing platforms.
