As Commercial Lead (Northern Europe), you will be the face of Beeswax - reaching out to key prospects & consultatively engaging with both outbound & inbound leads. You will work closely with the Commercial Director (EMEA) to apply our successful sales playbook, while also exercising your own creativity & unique customer engagement style. Additionally, you will collaborate with Beeswaxs engineering, product, & account management teams to provide market feedback & customer requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring client expectations are managed appropriately, & that handoffs to solutions consultants & account managers are seamless.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, digital media, & cloud-based infrastructure who has experience developing new relationships & driving revenue in the ad tech world.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop & manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in the northern european market through both outbound & inbound means
- Generate new leads by researching the market & engaging with key stakeholders at qualified companies
- Qualify inbound leads through exploratory conversations
- Drive leads from qualification to close in a complex & competitive market
- Deliver compelling sales presentations & UI demos, & be able to effectively explain Beeswaxs unique market positioning & customer advantages
- Deeply understand existing & potential customers use cases & technical requirements, & be able to speak intelligently as to how the Beeswax platform can uniquely service those needs
- Become a product expert on the Beeswax platform, including our unique APIs, as well as a domain expert in real-time bidding & digital advertising
- Visit prospect & client offices regularly including travel to other European countries/markets
- Represent Beeswax at industry & networking events
- Scale our sales organisation by helping build our sales processes & automation techniques
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of sales/account management experience in AdTech
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, & a meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in another European language - ideally German - would be a huge plus
- Open to regular european travel - approximately 15% of the time
- A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customers needs on both the business & technical sides
- A passion for customer success & track record of happy, growing customers
- Self-motivated with high energy & a willingness to learn & adapt
- Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats & a strong desire to build something great
