How you can help make a better world of work
Our People & Experience team is looking for an Equitable Design Lead who is excited to learn how to scale equitable systems while making our foundational programs work for all Campers (thats what we call ourselves).
In your role, youll get to collaborate with all of our P&E teams to:
Maintain an effective compliance, reporting, & transparency strategy for all levels of the business
Own the EDI audit portfolio, & ensure that all Campers are treated fairly in our talent processes
Strengthen our ERG program, including building out strategic governance & reward structures
Amplify our approach & advise on the build out of our equitable recruiting frameworks & operations
Design our disability & accessibility approach across the entire talent lifecycle
Support our Director of Equitable Design in providing effective inclusion education
If its of interest, youll also have the opportunity to do thought leadership & support our customers directly.
What youll bring to the role
Youre a great applicant for the role if you have:
Experience leading a DEI or related People function at a startup or scale-up
Experience working with ERGs, especially as an ERG Lead or sponsor
Demonstrated ability to provide effective coaching & feedback on topics related to inclusion
Relevant (e.g., lived, academic, professional, etc.) experience with disability & theories of access
Track record of working with historically marginalized groups, especially within the technology space
Strong personal practice for growing your knowledge of equity & inclusion & an effective self care / restoration strategy
It would be great if you had one or more of the following (but its not required):
Understanding of mixed methods and/or quantitative social science
Deep knowledge of issues of equity, inclusion, & belonging in EMEA
