As a Talent Sourcer, you will join a team of 20+ led by Marjorie. Your mission will be to help Qonto hire an amazing team by attracting & hiring the best profiles on the market. You will play a key role in the success of Qonto by building a hiring machine to help the Talent Acquisition team increase their impact & be more efficient.

‍‍ As a Talent Sourcer at Qonto, you will

• Partner with recruiters & hiring managers to understand our needs & develop tactics & strategies to attract top talents

• Manage the top of Funnel process: You will identify potential talents through CVs & profiles, & contact them to help build a strong candidate pipeline, & spark their interest in Qonto

• Represent Qonto: You will be the first touchpoint for passive candidates. You will make a great first impression through highly engaging & personalized messages.

• Be our sourcing expert: You will be the go-to person regarding sourcing by bringing innovations & expertise

• Be efficient: You will track metrics & find solutions to improve our sourcing.

• To work closely with Qonto's leadership team & to be part of our strategy by making Qonto grow

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter (either in-house or in a recruitment agency).

• Mastery: You master sourcing techniques & stay up to date with the latest innovations

• Data-driven: You know how to use data to build powerful sourcing strategies

• Organizational skills: You are hands-on & able to multitask & prioritize your daily workload.

• Communication skills: You can craft clear short messages to motivate candidates to start a conversation with us

• Languages: You speak English (French is a plus)
