Position Overview:
The Sr. Director of Sales, Growth Americas will play an essential leadership role in leading & directing a
team of Sales Executives driving business into new & existing accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and
annual new business ARR sales targets, while helping our customers achieve their goals through the use of
Tubular solutions.

The role involves leading, mentoring & developing sales team members throughout Sales cycles,
strategic planning, selling at the C-level, leveraging technology & improving existing processes. The ideal
candidate will be capable & experienced in SaaS leadership, possess a strong acumen around B2B
consultative/value-based sales processes, & the initiative & motivation to coach & mentor a team to
drive revenues & rapidly gain customers within the markets Tubular serves.
