About the Role
The People Services team connects business needs with employee needs, & the People Operations Coordinator is a key member of the team! You will provide day-to-day system & People Services team member support. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will administer the employee life-cycle business processes in Workday through oversight of the daily operations in the HR system. You will also field employee inquiries & requests within the People Services Department & maintain quality & consistency of HRIS database information & personnel data including reviewing & maintaining accurate transactions with regard to employee time off & time & attendance records, auditing, reporting & engagement with our internal client groups.
