As an Audience Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Global Offline Referral strategy & maximizing profit by driving effective communications to our customer base. In our customer-centric & data-led Referrals department, you will assist with the delivery & analysis of multichannel campaigns globally, with special focus on offline promotions.

Youll will
- Develop continual optimization of the offline referrals roadmap, in partnership with senior stakeholders.
- Scope & lead the implementation of new referrals channels as well as optimization of existing channels.
- Scope & develop data driven marketing solutions in order to achieve ambitious business objectives.
- Own & development of rigorous AB testing strategies across brands.
- Enable close partnership & alignment with relevant product teams.
- Conduct in depth performance analysis, in partnership with Analytics team.
- Support Campaign Management team with campaign implementation process, from kick-off to post-mortem analysis.
You are
- You are able to analyze data & make decisions based on rational reasoning.
- You have relevant experience in using CRM platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.
- You are focused on customer centricity & optimizing customer engagement.
- You feel comfortable using both qualitative & quantitative data to validate hypotheses & drive decisions.
- You feel comfortable devising your own strategy & communicating your vision to stakeholders.
