THE POSITION

We are looking for an Automation Manager to lead a transformational automation program for the FanDuel Group. You will build & lead a team that is responsible for developing automations that will be instrumental in helping FanDuel scale, improve the customer experience, & differentiate our product from competitors.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Partner with department leads across the business & other members of the StratOps team to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Create & manage RPA roadmap; lead sizing & prioritization of automation opportunities
  • Create process maps & designs, in collaboration with process owners & RPA Specialists
  • Develop & manage QA & maintenance process for all RPA automations
  • Manage relationship with key vendors; budget; & reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure set-up & maintenance
  • Build, develop, & lead a team of RPA Specialists
  • Drive adoption of RPA & other automation technologies throughout the business, including through roadshows & build-your-own-bot workshops
  • Collaborate with global automation team at Flutter on best practices & knowledge sharing
  • Serve as an expert in automation & emerging technologies, staying up to date with the industry & collaborating with Strategy & Operations Vice President on future roadmap & evolution of the Automation team

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Previous experience with automation required; experience with UIPath preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently evaluate an opportunity, conduct analysis, & make strategic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of a diverse array of existing business processes & demonstrated experience finding creative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong organizational & project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Experience leading, developing & mentoring a team
  • Excellent communication skills; skilled at influencing & building relationships across the organization at all levels, including with senior leadership
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Strong understanding of & demonstrated interest in automation tools & emerging technology
  • Knowledge of FanDuel departments & existing operational processes preferred
