Manage a global portfolio of clients < 23 000 k $ ARR
Drive revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell & cross-sell of services & products
Identify accounts with high growth potentialBe responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementation
Communicate & identify ROI for clients to show cost/benefit example to clients
Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customersNegotiate & close sales cyclesUndertake operational & methodological training for major accounts
