As part of the CLIENT team the Account Manager is responsible for the continued support of our clients & finding the best way to increase value & revenues with them through further service & product sales & the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions.

Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a related fieldSolid grasp of CRO concepts & techniquesExcellent verbal & written communication skillsAnalytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable marketing plansKnowledge of HTML, CSS, & JavaScriptStrong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-mindedProven experience implementing customer retention initiatives, achieving high retention rates & client satisfactionGood Knowledge of negotiation techniques & the ability to deal with decision makers, mostly Heads of Marketing & Product DepartmentsStrong attention to detail, able to anticipate & identify problemsGet the things done philosophy

Manage a global portfolio of clients < 23 000 k $ ARR
Drive revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell & cross-sell of services & products
Identify accounts with high growth potentialBe responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementation
Communicate & identify ROI for clients to show cost/benefit example to clients
Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customersNegotiate & close sales cyclesUndertake operational & methodological training for major accounts
Support clients in creating & implementing tests & personnalisation campaigns
Analyse & identify new areas for optimisation following data analysisPut into action the projects desired by the company on this slice of the portfolio: Brooklyn, Automation, automated payments...
