Momentive, maker of SurveyMonkey, is looking for a Communications Manager to raise awareness & recognition for our brands with external audiences through multiple communications vehicles & tactics. You will report to the Senior Communications Manager & implement an effective public relations strategy including campaigns & initiatives to promote & increase visibility for SurveyMonkey, GetFeedback, & Momentive products.
Implement communications programs that include developing content strategies, messaging/narratives, thought leadership plans, proactive media relations campaigns, & executive visibility programs.
Write press releases, media alerts, bylines, blog posts, key messages, fact sheets & other content for targeted audiences.
Write messaging documents & refine messaging to appeal to trade publications & geographic regions.
Manage relationships with company partners, our PR agency, vendors, & media.
Maintain close relationships with Product Marketing counterparts & other company partners to collaborate on product launches & storytelling moments.
Read relevant business & technology publications daily, & send interesting information from these publications to your teammates, so they may inform business leaders of their relevance.
5+ years of communications experience at either a public relations agency, in-house, or mix of both, with experience working with SaaS companies.
Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects.
Success spotting business & technology trends & incorporating them into your work.
Experience writing content that strengthens the public voice of a brand.
The capacity to work independently & as part of a distributed team.
