 About Platform Product at iCapital:  

Product Managers at iCapital are responsible for all aspects of the product development lifecycle. The team operates in an agile capacity & they deploy quickly; to continuously meet our clients needs. Success in this role will come from embracing a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

As part of the Platform Product team, some areas of responsibility may include: 

• Learning, understanding, & building solutions for the alternative investment industry.
• Representing the needs of our clients & users & collaborating cross-functionally to understand priorities.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to build, develop, & launch new features & products.
• Facilitating customer discovery to uncover client pain points & formulate a solution & implementation plan. 

The ideal candidate is... 

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, & a creative problem solver 
• Comfortable with ambiguity, thinking long-term & high-level  
• Familiar with analyzing & interpreting data 
• Possesses foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to take on new responsibilities & be detail oriented
• Technologically savvy & proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university business or computer science bachelors degree program
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*
