We are looking for a Renewal Specialist for the Customer Success Management organization to help manage the renewals & operations of a fast-growing global customer base.
As a Renewal Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of renewals primarily in the Americas regions ensuring successful, on-time, execution of renewals processes & contracts.
You will also play a critical role in account assignments for the CSM organization. To be successful in this role requires excellent communication, coordination with cross-functional teams such as, CSMs, Adoption Engineers, Regional Sales Directors, Legal, Customer Success, Finance & others.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a working knowledge of cloud technology, & has already been in a SaaS renewal and/or Operations role in the past.
