Job Summary

INTURN is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Director to drive organizational excellence across the sales team & support growth initiatives. Reporting into our Global SVP of Sales, they will facilitate strategic planning, analytics, systems implementation, processes, & technologies that impact the entire Global Sales Organization & work cross-functionally with departments to support company goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for driving outcomes by turning data-driven insights into actions & enjoys working within a highly collaborative & fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities                     

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, & others to ensure smooth operation of the business & consistent achievement of growth goals
  • Create, refine, & implement processes for the sales team to remove friction, increase productivity, & drive desired results from leadership
  • Own sales metrics & reporting, including bi-weekly executive summaries & external reporting for board materials
  • Prepare reporting & deliverables for forecast meetings, working with VP of Sales & Sales Directors to ensure data in Salesforce is accurate & up to date
  • Support with sales planning process across goal-setting, resource allocation, territory planning, commissions structures & payout, & projected results
  • Optimize & manage sales technology stack, adding new tools to solve business problems & fit with sales process 
  • Proactively monitor & strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, & process consistency across all sales systems 
  • Lead SalesForce projects to enhance system for business needs cross-departmentally
  • Own training & enablement for sales team, both onboarding & continuous education across all sales roles

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth technology company
  • 2+ years as CRM administrator, preferably Salesforce. Comfortable with field creation, workflows, validation rules, process flows, & managing integrations with other software tools
  • Proficient with Sales Engagement platform (i.e. SalesLoft, Outreach)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from large data sets & present findings to company leadership. BI tool experience a plus
  • High degree of attention to detail & ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communicator & collaborator; able to work with both technical & non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven, & make practical trade-offs when necessary
