The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Manager who understands how to work in a SaaS-driven, Mac-based environment, who is comfortable leading a team & working with stakeholders across various departments. You will be leading our IT Team & will focus on driving the accessibility & availability of the various cloud-based applications we use, in house applications we have developed & supporting global campus needs. You will also develop & be an escalation point for our Help Desk team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing & supporting IT in a global organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Experience managing office build-outs & expansions
  • Willingness to travel ~15% of the time

Strong working knowledge of the following

  • LAN, WAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, VPN principles & specifically managing them on a Meraki System
  • Identity Systems (SAML, LDAP, SSO)
  • macOS management
  • JAMF & device management principles
  • Windows 10 deployment & management
  • SaaS licensing & deployment
  • Information Security Best Practices
  • Agile Methodologies (JIRA)
  • Modern A/V standards
  • G-Suite Administration

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage & scale IT Support team/function within GA
  • Cultivate & manage relationships with Campus Operational leads
  • Engineer support standards (SLAs) & guidelines for Campus/Corporate operations
  • Work closely with leadership to identify business critical issues & help implement solutions
  • Build & manage vendor relationships
  • Work with Network & A/V Engineering contractors to ensure optimal performance across Campus & Corporate locations
  • Grow & train a small team of Campus IT Support Associates
  • Manage IT related budget/spend
