Teads is looking for a Manager, Global Business Development. This individual will lead Teads strategic partnerships with leading programmatic demand side platforms & serve as a commercial lead on emerging products. The role encompasses business development, account management, project management & go to market responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, pinpoint industry trends & effectively communicate with key stakeholders both internally & externally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Business Development
  • Deepening relationships, identifying levers for growth & evangelizing Teads solutions to a portfolio of strategic & demand platform partnerships
  • Evangelizing partner adoption of new Teads products & managing legal & technical workflow required to support
  • Identifying new platform partners, leading contractual discussion & overseeing the integration process
  • Maintaining regular communication with partners to address potential issues
  • Conducting thorough quarterly business reviews with partners - analyzing data & identifying potential areas for optimization & growth
  • Educating Teads internal sales & operations organizations on the intricacies of each DSP & assisting with campaign troubleshooting as needed
  • Product Commercialization
  • Developing GTM plans including the end of end definition of market opportunity, competitive landscape, market approach, pricing, proposition, key messaging, commercial benefit/impact & launching timeline in partnership with Product Management, Sales, Marketing & other relevant teams
  • Project managing & coordinating the execution of GTM plan ensuring alignment between all stakeholders & channel owners
  • Partnering closely with Product team to bring to market all product releases, major updates & launches
  • Training local sales & ops teams on the new products, & further serving as subject matter expert on the product helping drive revenue growth
  • Collecting market feedback & needs related to the product on an ongoing based & using it to help inform further product roadmap prioritization

Skills & Expertise

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3+ years of work experience in the programmatic space, business development role and/or managing strategic partnerships
  • Ability to grasp & communicate technical concepts & data in a concise & digestible manner
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different parts of the organization
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industry & work environment
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Resourceful, self-starter & team player, above all else
