FanDuel is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage integrated campaigns across all marketing teams (including media, creative, CRM, growth, social, etc.), as well as internal & external stakeholders, taking into account each unit's functional expertise while ensuring all channels are aligned on the goal & message hierarchy.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage campaign initiatives from strategy through execution & reporting
  • Assess the efficacy of the strategy following each campaign by working with analytics teams & adapting future campaigns based on learnings
  • Become a go-to person for insights about the sporting calendar as well as our competition & industry
  • Lead collaboration with various internal & external stakeholders to establish effective communications strategy throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines & processes while seeking opportunities to improve current ways of working
  • Key participant & stakeholder in the ideation of promotions that are compliant with regulations
  • Develop presentation or post-mortem decks for marketing campaigns, maintaining a resource of past campaign results & sharing with stakeholders
  • Develop strategies that inform the creation of creative briefs & result in exceptional creative execution
  • Understand business objectives & help prioritize the key opportunities to achieve the goals
  • Mentor and/or manage junior members of the team

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines & deployment in a robust business required
  • Proficient in managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management & testing tools like Asana & Optimizely a plus
  • Knowledge of sports or heavily regulated industries is a plus
