We're looking for start-up oriented candidates to bring their creative problem solving skills, excellent communication & competitive drive to the team. This individual will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for acquiring Small & Medium (SMB) businesses with operational expertise & execution.  This team is focused on evangelizing our solution in-market, acquiring customers, & further cementing our place as a market leader.

You'll be working with event organizers of everything from music festivals to concert venues to complicated registrations for mud runs, beer festivals, conferences, & much more. Our horizontal platform means no one conversation with a potential client is the same. There is no script, no one-size-fits-all solution. We're looking for a Sales Manager who can drive strategy, growth, & operational excellence.  In this role you will lead & coach a high-performing sales team responsible for selling prospects on our unique value proposition & ensuring that the broader market understands how we are shaking up the way ticketing is done.
An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience & have worked in a growth-stage environment. Candidate must have a proven ability to execute a solution oriented sales process, drive market strategy, coach & mentor sales reps, & history of exceeding quarterly & yearly targets.
