We are looking to hire high energy, motivated & curious talent to join one of our EdTech businesses within the portfolio which is aiming to disrupt English language assessment & tutoring.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in digital marketing, digital campaign management or digital consultancy
  • Minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree (in any discipline)
  • Experience in analytics would be advantageous 
  • A passion for start-ups & disruption, with experience in or ambitions to build your own venture in the future
  • Emotional intelligence & be compassionate & supportive in nature  
  • Give evidence of the ability to be a self-starter & be able to adapt to multiple roles in a variety of high-pace environments
  • A passion for building your network & capacity to work well with colleagues & stakeholders at C-suit & executive levels

  • Work within our English language learning & tutoring platform business to identify & map out key internal & external business processes in marketing, identifying problem areas & provide effective solutions 
  • Create & design sustainable models for that businesses products & services working with a range of teams. 
  • Identify, establish, & build strong internal partnerships & revenue-generating external partnerships, while rolling up your sleeves & doing whatever is required to achieve the goals  
  • Take part in a variety of informal learning & networking events, which brings groups of people working in the same field together across our ventures, charities & other external organisations
  • Additional learning & development programmes, managed & run by the BC Central team for which all employees are eligible


The process:

We have a rigorous recruitment process which we use for all our roles to ensure we attract the very best & diverse talent. 

This will involve an initial telephone conversation, followed by a panel interview & a case study where you will meet with that businesses management team & the Chief Operating team over 2 stages. We aspire for every person invited into an interview to find the process as interesting & engaging as we no doubt will.
