Recruiting Coordinator (Immediate Start)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers & stakeholders to understand hiring needs & support the recruitment process 
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for all candidates, managing communications & guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing a strong candidate experience 
  • Source & screen candidates for multiple requisitions 
  • Schedule phone and, virtual & onsite interviews for recruiters & hiring managers - manage job postings, assemble interview packets, process reimbursements, prepare offer letters & send new hire packets 
  • Maintain applicant tracking data & report on hiring results & recruitment metrics 
  • Participate in ad hoc projects across campus marketing & recruitment teams 
  • Partner with the AlphaScribes Operations Team to ensure candidates receive all relevant onboarding information

What We Look For

  • Bachelors degree, with strong academic credentials & noteworthy extracurricular leadership 
  • 0-1 years work experience, ideally with a demonstrated interest or background in recruitment or human capital 
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail & strong organizational skills 
  • Dependability & interest in working in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of remote/freelance work preferred
  • Experience in transcription or editing/proofreading industry is a plus
