Position Overview
DoubleVerify seeks a talented & resourcefulCommercial Director for our UK territory to join our existing UK sales team. This unique individuals primary responsibility will be to serve as the leader of the UK measurement & blocking (post-bid) sales team while also establishing, enhancing & maintaining our relationships with senior stakeholders across the largest brands & agencies in the UK. We are looking for a team player that takes initiative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, & knows how to create partnerships & sophisticated agreements that last. This stellar sales professional is someone who has experience evangelizing products, negotiating commercial agreements, & leading a sales team to carry the sales process from prospecting to close. This is an opportunity to lead a hyper-growth division of a leading technology company that is transforming the online media industry.


  • Establish & grow our relationships with senior-level decision makers across the largest UK agencies & brands
  • Negotiate & structure trading agreements to drive adoption of DoubleVerify's services & technology
  • Lead a UK sales team to drive continuous revenue growth in-territory through new business acquisition
  • Manage UK revenue forecasting with precision to the MD EMEA
  • Present DoubleVerifys solutions to key decision makers within agencies & brands
  • Partner with internal support teams to ensure maximum levels of client-facing customer service
  • Attend industry events & speak as a representative of DoubleVerify to the larger digital marketing industry


  • Stellar sales performance through resourceful execution
  • Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, how they operate & how/what campaign buying & planning entails
  • Must have extensive contacts at top interactive agencies/brand advertisers (including trading, media, operations, analytics) & have a strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams & planning cycles
  • Must show accountability/ownership thru every stage of the client relationship
  • The ability to create partnerships based on value & a talent for consultative selling is required
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques & technologies (platforms, DSPs, exchanges, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline & accurately forecast revenue
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse & articulate data into a sales proposition a plus
  • Collaborate with multiple internal support teams for smooth campaign execution
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, both in person & over the phone
  • Bachelors, or Masters degree preferred
  • Ability to speak a secondary language is preferred
  • 10+years experience in internet media/technology sales
  • Proficient in MS Office & Salesforce
