How you will make an impact:

We are looking for salespeople who have experience prospecting to senior Saas executives. This role is the ideal next step for hyper successful inside salespeople who are looking to expand to outside sales. We strongly believe in the growth & development of each new hire, & theres a lot of opportunity for internal progression. 

We're looking to expand our small but growing organization with teammates who are intellectually curious, are strong advocates for their customers, all while keeping our company values of Humility, Trust, Growth Mindset, & Balance top of mind. This role will be reporting to the Manager of Emerging Sales.

In this role youll get to:

  • Drive full SaaS sales cycles from prospect to close over conference
  • Manage sales activity including monthly & quarterly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce & achieve quota quarterly
  • Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives at Emerging accounts
  • Identify & close new sales opportunities within targeted accounts
  • Present Iterables product using values-based sales approaches & techniques working alongside Solutions Consultants
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including senior management, throughout the deal process

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience prospecting into senior level SaaS executives 
  • Proven track record of success within booking converted meetings with SaaS executives 
  • The drive to be the rep who creates & closes the emerging account that's slated to be the next behemoth like Doordash or Warby Parker
  • A growth mindset around personal & professional development; intellectually curious & ambitious 
  • Customer-centric, with the ability to deeply understand Iterables technology & build strong relationships with technical customers

Bonus points: 

  • Familiarity with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automation solutions
  • Experience with sales tools (SFDC, Outreach, Zoom) & trainings (Barrows, STC, Challenger Sale, Perfect Selling, etc.)
  • Experience working with teams across various locations

Were rethinking traditional workplace planning & looking to strengthen belonging, innovation, productivity, & happiness whether its in an office, from home, or a hybrid of the two. As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK). 

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $70,000/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial & other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches & generous stipends for health & fitness & learning & development, among others, are included.
