As the Product Manager in the Super Network organization, you will be responsible for empowering Twilio with cost & connectivity insights. You will achieve this by transforming intangible processes, services & data into a defined set of product-like deliverables.

Hands-on product management experience in software development businesses, bonus if this has been in the world of telecommunications.
Ability to break down companies priorities into multi-year product vision & into a clear roadmap & backlog items for the engineering team.
Worked closely with both internal & external stakeholders to understand their needs & solve complicated problems.
Ability to clearly articulate & communicate a plan while managing effective communication with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
Experience using metrics & data analysis to drive informed product decisions & track progress/impact.
Can work with teams in globally remote offices & easily sync with colleagues around the world.

You should be prepared to spend some days writing specs, drawing mockups, & working with the development teams to bring your vision to life. You should be prepared to spend other days speaking with Twilio customers, whether to support sales or to do research for the next product or feature. EMPOWER OTHERS: Have great communication skills & a collaborative mindset. Coach other Product Manager in the team. Participate in technical discussions with the engineering teams whereby your goal is to make sure we deliver a great product. Work with Engineering teams within the Agile/Scrum methodology, facilitate quarterly planning, assists with execution of sprints, & lead backlog refinement & prioritization. Plan product launches collaborate with stakeholders on marketing activities, documentation, support requests & sales enablement
Super Network is responsible for providing & managing the telco connectivity & services that power Twilios Programmable Communications Cloud & Engagement Cloud products. We do this by ensuring the network remains healthy, provides the coverage & capabilities customers require & is operating in a cost-efficient manner. This role is about working with cross-team stakeholders across Twilio, supported by a dedicated engineering team to drive the very best use of the telco connectivity we have to give customers a superior communications experience.
